Our team

Rose Martin (she/her)

Rose is a strategy consultant with extensive experience in the private and nonprofit sectors, specializing in leadership development, organizational strategy, team performance, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). At Twitter, she fostered leadership excellence, nurtured learning cultures, and optimized team performance while leading DEIB initiatives. Her collaborative approach significantly contributed to the People team's growth and equity within the organization.

Now, Rose leads Stonecatchers CoLab, a consulting firm focused on empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. Through innovative strategies, the firm builds leadership capacity and cultivates high-performing teams. With a commitment to excellence and equity, Rose impacts leadership development and organizational effectiveness, helping clients thrive in today's dynamic landscape. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Emory University. Rose resides in Raleigh, NC, with her partner and two children.

Jo Young (they/them)

Jo is a seasoned Learning & Development leader with over 10 years of experience in high-growth, matrixed organizations. They have a proven track record of designing and scaling onboarding, HR enablement, and career development programs that foster belonging, psychological safety, and leadership capability. Jo is highly skilled in live facilitation, instructional design, adult learning principles, and building repeatable, scalable playbooks. They are known for their strategic thinking, customer obsession, and ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguity. Jo is passionate about helping people translate their aspirations into meaningful, measurable business results through inclusive, high-impact learning experiences.
